Trusted behind the counter at
independent pharmacies and groups
Three views. One record.
The counter, the stockroom and the back office have never shared a screen properly. Pharmiq gives each one the view it needs, over the same ledger.
Every pack, every shelf, one source of truth
Stock levels update as you dispense. Reorder points are set per medicine, not per category, so a fast-moving antibiotic flags long before it disappears.
- Batch-level quantities
- Shelf and branch locations

batch traceability
Every pack links to a batch, supplier, receipt date and shelf.
90.
day expiry horizon
Thirty, sixty and ninety-day windows, valued at cost.
3.
branches in one ledger
Stock moves between branches without a spreadsheet.
Built around the way a pharmacy
actually works
Not a generic stock system with a pharmacy label. Every screen starts from a batch, an expiry date and a patient waiting at the counter.
Expiry command centre
Batches grouped by urgency, priced at cost, and ranked by branch. The write-off becomes a decision instead of a surprise.

FEFO by default
The earliest-expiring valid batch is always offered first at the counter.
Reorder intelligence

Dispensing workflow
Intake, verification, dispensing and handover, each step signed and timed.
Alerts that respect you
One digest, not forty pings. Low stock, expiring batches and recalls in a single list.
Multi-branch view
See stock, cover and expiry across every branch — then move what is needed.
Barcode intake
Scan a pack to add a batch. Batch number, expiry and pack size land in the right fields.
Audit trail
Who dispensed what, when, and which batch left the shelf. Exportable for inspections.
Transfers without guesswork
Move stock to the branch that needs it — with the batch and expiry intact.
Roles that match the pharmacy
Owner, superintendent, locum and counter staff each see what they should.
Every capability works out of the box on the 14-day trial.
Walk through the workspaceExpiry is not a date
on a pack. It is money.
A short-dated batch is a write-off waiting to be discovered. Pharmiq prices every one of them at cost, groups them by the action window, and tells you which branch should act first.
- Return window tracked per supplier, per batch.
- Transfer suggestions to branches where the batch will actually move.
- Discount planner that protects margin instead of guessing.

First expired,
first out — enforced.
Most stock loss is not a forecasting problem. It is a picking problem: the newest pack goes out because it is easiest to reach. Pharmiq ranks batches by expiry at the moment of dispensing.
- Earliest valid expiry is selected automatically.
- Expired batches are quarantined and cannot be dispensed.
- Overrides require a reason and are written to the audit trail.
Ask your shelves
a question.
“What expires in 30 days?” “What should I reorder?” “Is this safe for a penicillin allergy?” The assistant answers from your live stock and a curated clinical reference set — and shows its working.

Pharmiq assistant
Connected to 3 branches
Good morning. I can see all three branches, 1,284 SKUs and today's dispensing queue. Ask me about stock, expiry or a medicine — I will show you the source I used.
Pharmiq assistant · read-only access to your live stock
Demonstration only. Clinical decisions require a licensed professional.
Clinical trust
Answers you can
audit.
A pharmacy assistant that invents a contraindication is worse than no assistant at all. Pharmiq retrieves from a curated reference set, names the source behind each statement, and declines when the evidence is not there.
What it does
- Retrieves indications, dosing, interactions and contraindications.
- Cites the reference behind every clinical claim.
- Flags allergy and interaction risks against the patient profile.
- Logs every query for the superintendent's review.
What it never does
- Diagnose a patient or propose a treatment plan.
- Prescribe, substitute or adjust a dose on its own.
- Dispense without a licensed professional's confirmation.
- Answer from a source it cannot show.
Pharmiq supports pharmacists and healthcare professionals. It is not a diagnostic device, does not replace professional judgement, and must not be used as the sole basis for a clinical decision.
Live in a day, not a
quarter.
No consultant, no six-week migration. The first branch is usually counting real stock before lunch.
01
Bring your stock in
Upload a CSV or scan your shelves. Pharmiq maps medicines, strengths and batches, and flags anything ambiguous for review.
02
Set your thresholds
Reorder points, branches, suppliers and FEFO rules. Sensible defaults are already in place for a typical community pharmacy.
03
Put the counter on it
Staff dispense from the queue. Every pick updates the batch, the expiry queue and the reorder forecast at once.
04
Watch the losses fall
Expiry risk, stock-outs and cover days become a Monday morning list instead of a month-end surprise.
From the counter
Pharmacists are the
hardest reviewers.
“We used to find expired stock during the monthly count. Now it is on a screen before it costs us. The first quarter paid for the subscription twice over.”
Adaeze Nwankwo
Superintendent Pharmacist, Cedar Pharmacy
“FEFO is the feature I did not know I needed. The counter staff stopped arguing about which pack to pick, and our short-dated losses fell by two thirds.”
Yusuf Adeleke
Owner, Northline Pharmacy (4 branches)
“The assistant is careful. It cites what it used, and it refuses to answer when the record is incomplete. That is exactly the behaviour I want behind my counter.”
Chinelo Okeke
Clinical Pharmacist, Atlas Care

Questions
The things
pharmacists ask.
Still unsure? Write to hello@pharmiq.online and a pharmacist on our team will reply.
Does Pharmiq diagnose patients or prescribe medicines?
No. Pharmiq is software for pharmacy professionals. It organises stock, dispensing records and reference information, and it surfaces clinical references with their sources. Every clinical decision stays with the pharmacist and the prescriber.
Where does the clinical information come from?
The assistant retrieves from a curated reference set — national formularies, WHO guidance and manufacturer summaries — and shows the source behind every claim. When it cannot find a reliable source, it says so instead of guessing.
How does FEFO actually work at the counter?
When a prescription is dispensed, Pharmiq ranks available batches by expiry date and puts the earliest-expiring valid batch first. If a user overrides the recommendation, the reason is recorded in the audit trail.
Can I import my existing inventory?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel export from your current system; we map medicine names, strengths, brands and batch numbers, then flag anything ambiguous for review before it goes live.
Does it work when the internet drops?
The counter keeps a local cache of the active catalog and current batches, so dispensing can continue offline. Records sync when the connection returns, with conflicts surfaced for review.
How is patient data protected?
Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and every clinical record view is logged. We do not sell data, and we do not use patient records to train third-party models.
